What do you like best about Userback? It's kind of like the old time "suggestion box" but tailored to the online world. What do you like best about Userback? It just plain works. It's easy enough to grasp for all customers I worked with and that alone is a definite pro. What do you like best about Userback? That the product is every-evolving. Every few months, a feature or two is added and a current function streamlined or enhanced. What do you like best about Userback? Userback is invaluable to our organization. By putting the tool right into the applications that we develop, we are able to get really straight forward user feedback in addition to capturing sentiment. "Excellent Feedback tool"

What do you like best about Userback? I like the ease of use for my end clients. I send them a super brief description and video (25 seconds) on how it works and they send me plenty of feedback to get their project working. I love it. What do you dislike about Userback?
