Was using a different product and it was slow. Ask a friend who ran a computer service what he used and was told AnyDesk. That was over a year ago. Been very happy with AnyDesk. The DATE OF EXPERIENCE is the date I wrote this review.

AnyDesk - CRUSHES the COMPETITION
Recently retired (semi-retired) after 40+ years self employed - Systems Administration for small businesses I'm fairly confident have worked with "nearly" every remote control solution in existence. AnyDesk - CRUSHES the COMPETITION Hands down! This is especially true for those of us that jump from platform to platform at times by the hour.

The support was great when I…
The support was great when I interreacted with them. In the end, the product did not suit my needs on the Macintosh side as there were incompatibilities. The agent on Windows is light and fast. I will recommend AnyDesk.

1st year and on to year 2
We have been using AnyDesk for a year now and it's a game changer for us a small business. Allowing users to login in remotely and do what they need to do or when we're on the road at wholesalers to look at what inventory we have or need.

Easy to install anywhere
Easy to install anywhere, launches quickly, great view of the device status. Settings a big complicated at first. Maybe a "basic" and an "advanced"?

It is very practical and works nicely.
I am using AnyDesk to remote support my customers. After testing other solutions, I find AnyDesk does a better job. It is practical and connects and open a session in the remote computer without too much hassle. I highly recommend it.

Best value for remote access
Way less expensive than TeamViewer and much easier for clients to use (they just have to click Accept rather than read a password over the phone).
