"Easy to start using it instantly"

What do you like best about Apptivo? Cloud Based. Fairly customizable. I am always able to get an agent through the embedded chat widget. It is like have a teacher or assistant sitting beside me all the time. What do you dislike about Apptivo? I find there is a little too much drill-down required when trying to find info. It would be nice if some things were only 1 click away instead of 3 or 4. BUT once I get comfortable knowing how to do things, it's not that bad. Just nit-picking ...

Everything is captured. What do you dislike about Apptivo? On the support pages - once you're in an article, there is no "search bar" so I constantly have to go back to the service home page - it's irritating and inefficient. Also, it doesn't seem to have a zapier integration, which is a bit problematic ...

A great product for small to medium sized businesses that can accommodate growth at a very reasonable investment. What do you dislike about Apptivo?
