What do you like best about Apptivo? Easy to use Customer service is excellent What do you dislike about Apptivo? I find that there a bit too much drill down required What problems is Apptivo solving and how is that benefiting you? We lacked a tool for our sales people to save their data, Apptivo solves this for us.

Wish the email sync could be done at admin level for all users What problems is Apptivo solving and how is that benefiting you? CRM coverage shortfalls

PROS: Apptivo provides excellent customer support service. Its interface, both in web and app, is user-friendly. It also comes with several great integrations.

PROS: Apptivo's support team is fast to respond whenever we encounter issues. They are quick to identify the problem and good at communicating what needs to be done to fix it. They are also receptive to client feedback.
