APS was just what we were looking for

What do you like best? I love how we are able to input our workers mileage, along with hours worked. We drive to clients homes all the time. I am pleased with this versatile and affordable enhanced payroll solution.

What do you like best? APS is extremely easy to use for payroll. It is fast and very user-friendly. We are ever-expanding, and I like that APS helps us with the tax registrations in new states, something I used to have to do myself. They have taken a lot of the payroll burden off of my plate. What do you dislike? I would make some functional changes, add a bit of new features, but obviously most everyone would make it exactly the way they like if they could. Things are moving a bit ...

Been a great experience moving from ADP.

What do you like best? Ease of use, of a full platform compared to other platforms. What do you dislike? Still a little clunky to take time sheets into payroll, but better than others. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Online resources to allow employees to view their payroll without asking questions.

Great Payroll Solution

What do you like best? The customer services is very good. Whenever I have a question, I get an answer back quickly. What do you dislike? Sometimes the screens are not very intuitive. Recommendations to others considering the product: Go through the training and get to know the customer service people. They are friendly and very helpful. APS is awesome to work with. Courteousness and Professionalism throughout their staff.

What do you like best? They quickly respond to issues, tickets opened, or procedural questions, generally within a very short time, even during Covid-19 workers restrictions. What do you dislike? It can't be that simple!

What do you like best? APS has made payroll processing so simple and uncomplicated. What use to take 1/2 day to process takes all of 20 minutes most on the day I process payroll. APS has created many reports for you that in the past I had to create and many options in APS were not available in our past payroll module. Easy to use

What do you like best? How easy it is to use and manage with our flexible benefits policy. Customer service is great and Tara N. Talley-Brown is the best at handling our requests.
