Most effective time saving process

What do you like best? The one on one training received when we started using APS for our payroll process was very informative with detailed instructions. Any time you have a question or issue, the staff is always knowledgeable and helpful immediately. No waiting to get an answer. The fact that APS handles ALL of the State and Federal payroll report filings for your company is worth a million dollars to me. They are accurate and submitted on time always. What do you dislike? User friendly, easy payroll system with enough horsepower to do it all!

What do you like best? The payroll grid is simple to manually adjust and toggling between employee profiles while processing makes correcting things quick without loosing your work. What do you like best? I really like that we have a dedicated team, that doesn't change often. We are able to develop relationships with our support team and get issues solved quickly. The familiarity really helps when there's an HR fire! Team 9 is the greatest! What do you like best? The payroll pre-process and summary reports are very easy to review and validate. My finance teams is very happy with the functionality and the excellent service and quick responsiveness they receive from their APS support team. What do you like best? Fast service, diverse knowledge base over every topic What do you dislike? What do you like best? APS make things so much more efficient than our previous software. Time spent by the managers and admin having to check employee time sheets has been greatly reduced. What do you dislike? Creating custom reports takes a little time to work through. APS has been a great substitution for our in-house COBOL based payroll program

What do you like best? Easier input of information which cuts down the time I spend on payroll. Employees can also get their stubs online. The more familiar I get with it, the easier it is to work with it. What do you dislike? Changes to the initial setup might take a short time, but our customer rep is quick to respond. What do you like best? APS has made payroll processing so simple and uncomplicated. What use to take 1/2 day to process takes all of 20 minutes most on the day I process payroll. APS has created many reports for you that in the past I had to create and many options in APS were not available in our past payroll module.
