Easy to Use

What do you like best? I like best that you are in control of your payroll. If you have a issue that needs to be addressed you get answers very quickly if not instantly. What do you dislike? I really do not have any dislikes about using APS for the past 10 years using them. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have not had any business problems we have asked APS to solve for us.

Great payroll platform for small architecture firm

What do you like best? We needed a payroll platform to support our 401k employee contributions and employer match for both traditional and roth contributions. APS provides system generated calculations to our 401k provider and has saved us all the headaches from our previous platform What do you dislike? Simplified payroll

What do you like best? APS Payroll is easy to use and navigate. The import feature makes it easy to avoid data entry errors and the ability to choose incomes and deductions per payroll simplifies changes. The Payroll Audit Summary report is a great way to take a snapshot of each payroll batch. I have run 5 payrolls to date and feel very confident navigating the software. What do you like best? The employee time clock is very useful for our company. I also like that I can process payroll online even when out of town. What do you dislike? It is harder to make a withholding change as it can only be done by an APS representative. Great bang for your buck!

What do you like best? APS is extremely user friendly. It takes no time to teach employees how to use it. For administrators, it gives you all the tools you need in a very organized platform. What do you dislike? APS desperately needs to give managers the ability to approve timesheets and PTO through the mobile application. That has been our biggest hurdle. Simple, quick, seamless payroll process

What do you like best? Simple time integration, the import between time and attendance application and the payroll is easy. What do you dislike? The only downside I have experienced is with paid time off accruals. We have a combination of different "plans" and the conversion to get the balances and accrual times was not smooth. What do you like best? Quick implementation phase, dedicated help team, user-friendly interface. Quick responses from our dedicated support staff. They take our issues seriously and are always willing help and to find the best solutions for us. We used Ultimate Software before, and that was a complete nightmare to implement and use throughout the one year we used them. APS was so easy to set up, it only took about a month and a half.
