Was a difficult transition/learning curve, but things are better now.

What do you like best? Downloading and completing hours worked each pay period has been made easier overall. What do you dislike? The Reporting feature could be simplified. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No longer maintaining two systems.

What do you like best? The system is very intuitive and easy to use. We are still in the implementation phase, so to be fair, we haven't been through an actual payroll cycle yet. What do you dislike? What do you like best? How easy it to use. the quick guides also very useful. What do you dislike? The limited customer service hours that the company has. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? APS has made our payroll process very east and quick. We now have more time to spend on additional tasks and projects.

Seamless Software, Always Helpful Customer Service

What do you like best? APS has created an easy to use software for processing payroll in all it's forms and has readily adapted to new reporting and taxation requirements due to COVID-19. Great customer service, simple user interface, heavy duty product

What do you like best? I love that the APS platform is so easy to learn and use. My onboarding team is amazing and helpful. This is also saving us a lot of money. What do you dislike? At this time, there isn't anything that I dislike. Even when I've had trouble logging in, finding something, I received quick effective service that solved my problem within minutes. Ease of input, training and assistance with conversion

What do you like best? The platform is straightforward and intuitive. Some platforms have lot of "pretty screens" but are more difficult to navigate. What do you dislike? The mobile service is hard to find on the app store, due to it being called eservice, rather than APS. Does require more thought for set up and setting up the Administrator screens. Great Payroll and HR platform as well as outstanding customer service!!!

What do you like best? It is hard to name what I like the best as I LOVE it ALL!!!! I am able to input quick viewing notes under each employee. I am able to link our employees' time clocks and make necessary adjustments. I am given a notice when someone failed to clock in or out for immediate remedy. What do you like best? APS has great customer service, real people working with real people. Doesn't feel saccharine. What do you dislike? Some features still in development, haven't been a customer long enough to know if these items get checked off.
