What do you like best about BambooHR? BambooHR is great for managing employee records, keeping track of leaves, and storing employment documents. It has reduced the time admin spends on data entry and answering employee requests for vacation.

And the main thing - managers have access to much more insights and have tools to be more attentive to their directs and work with their development.
