What do you like best about Bigin by Zoho CRM? The UI is clutter free and absolutely to the point. Decent amount of customisation is possible at user/company level. Also the fact that there is an app for the phone is very helpful specially for sales team for recording their calls to prospects and customers. What do you dislike about Bigin by Zoho CRM? "Simple But Powerful"

What do you like best about Bigin by Zoho CRM? Easy to use. The pipeline structure to processes is very simple and in fact simplifies the way we look at our systems. What do you dislike about Bigin by Zoho CRM? A native integration with Slack would be good for us (though it can be achieved via Zapier). What problems is Bigin by Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? It provides a simple and highly visual way for us to manage workflows.

What do you like best about Bigin by Zoho CRM? It is very intuitive, easy to integrate, and simple to use; it has allowed me to insert fields that other CRMs I tried did not allow, which is surprising given that it is a simple CRM; you can relate almost everything to have a 360-degree view of your process; and its mobile application allows you to do a lot more than just visualize.
