What do you like best about Bigin by Zoho CRM? Zoho Bigin is absolutely amazing with such great features. It is seamless and without any flaw. I am totally amazed by its utility. And all the more, I am more proud that this is an Indian product! This is one of the best CRM app for small business. What do you like best about Bigin by Zoho CRM? It is a simple and easy-to-use CRM. The pipelines make it easy to keep track of our progress in client admissions. What do you dislike about Bigin by Zoho CRM? Not too many downsides. I do wish it had a built-in 2 way SMS feature I could link to our Twilio account.
