The AI allows us to tailor our emails to specific audiences and personalize content based on user behavior. You can easily segment discount affinity buyers, at risk buyers, high predicted LTV users, etc. The product recommendations content in our emails since switching to Bluecore has performed very strongly, since it is personalized to the reader's habits.
