On-boarding with Faiza
Many thanks to Faiza for her unbelieveable patience as part of our on-boarding process, which was not helped at all due to IT issues at my end (which she also managed to navigate me round). Nothing was too much trouble and even the request for an immediate follow up call to help me with an issue was actioned straight away.

He logged into my system and helped me with a tricky problem. Darren was clear and friendly and confirmed that all was now complete. His tone, attitude was friendly and professional and I was really grateful.

Rachel was fantastic!
We had our first on-boarding session with Rachel yesterday, and she was truly fantastic. She answered all our queries, and provided brilliant solutions when we were trying to work out how the system can suit our company structure. Very glad to have Rachel as our Account Manager!
