The best feature of Dayforce is the 'TRUE' one employee record for the life-cycle of an employee, from recruit to on-boarding to time/attendance to benefits to payroll to retirement/off-boarding. What do you like best? Having all things employee related in one virtual location makes all processes streamlined. It's helpful to be able to access HR record info, performance review information, demographics, and employment and rate progression information (and more) all in one easily maneuverable place. What do you like best? The WFM platform helps us monitor and drive compliance with state paid sick leaves and wage requirements. The platform has also streamlined time management across the company which moved us from multiple time keeping systems into one. What do you dislike? Very clunky system

What do you like best? Easy (enough) to navigate for employees. Performance management is simple for employees and managers What do you dislike? A lot of workarounds, data get deleted, reports not intuitive What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Dayforce is not ideal for corer, there are serval wrap around with putting in information and reporting data

Fairly easy to use

What do you like best? I like being able to see all of my settings and being able to switch my direct deposit. I also like that out email goes through ceridian What do you dislike? What do you like best? The ability to view past and present paystubs. What do you dislike? It's difficult to navigate through the benefits such as health and dental insurance. What do you like best? I like how it is app based and easily accessible via my phone. In previous employers, I had to go to a website and view my schedule and time off requests in a confusing way. Dayforce allows me to see my schedule, time away, pay schedule, and other important info all within a nice app. What do you dislike?
