Productive and Informative

What do you like best? I loved the keynote speakers. Very motivating. I also appreciate the variety of topics of the break out session. What do you dislike? I felt that the general opening on Wednesday morning was an overkill of all the Ceridian clients speaking about their partnership with Ceridian. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Not any problems, but I have realized that the Performance module will assist us greatly.

We just implemented it this year. It has been somewhat of a struggle

What do you like best? Ceridian offer a strong payroll and benefit platform. Performance management us easy to use. What do you dislike? Recruiting is growing but not at the pace my team needs today. What do you like best? The payroll processing is a breeze. Easy to balance and validate and does continuous calculation making processing go very quickly. What do you dislike? The reporting module was their weakest link until very recently. It is much improved with the latest release and I can run/create reports for anything I need. What do you like best? The recruiting module has helped optimize my time processing applicants as well as being able to run reports for our metrics! What do you dislike? We are unable to limit the applications that a manager can view. We don’t want them to be able to see a “new” status applicant but we are unable to limit that.
