Absolutely Wonderful!

What do you like best? The customer support. It is great to have someone always there for you when you run into a problem. What do you dislike? The price of adding on modules. Adding resources that would be helpful would make a huge impact on helping people. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? On boarding, having the support.

Daily use of Dayforce

What do you like best? I like that I am able to utilize day force for: time off, check stubs and benefit summary. What do you dislike? I dont like the multiple pages it takes for it to get to clock in screen, should be defaulted. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Useful for record keeping for employees and other HR uses.

What do you like best? Most helpful about Dayforce was that I could review my worked hours and check if everything was correct. What do you dislike? I disliked that I once got logged out and couldn't reset the password myself. I had to email the Manager to do this for me, which of course took some time. Dayforce allows me to keep track of everything from my schedule to requesting time off.

What do you like best? The thing I like the best about using Dayforce for work at DSW is that I can control and be aware of everything regarding my schedule in one app. Not to mention having the ability to trade shifts, request time off, view balances, check messages, and more. Simple HR payroll system that stores and display everything in an user-friendly manner.

What do you like best? Notification system is automated, so employees are notified promptly on a periodic basis. Initial user signup is also a very simple process. What do you dislike? The layout of the actual payment statements aren't every appealing. The website platform itself also lacks further information/details and self-aiding resources. What do you like best? It loads quickly compared to other programs like Kronos and is accurate on time What do you dislike? The rounding rules when clocking in. It rounds up or down 7 mins to the closest quarter. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Way faster at clicking in compared to Kronos. Easier to access when not at my office.

Dayforce is user-friendly in employee management especially when it comes to staff hiring and termination.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like how it functions as a standalone cloud-based app and how data can be seen in real-time. There's no longer a need for importing or exporting data. A test environment is available for testing out new policies, deduction codes, and a host of others. Great for payroll and schedule tracking

What do you like best? I like how all the links are right on the homepage, front and center. Everything I need isn’t hard to find. I can see my hours scheduled and they’re counted for me. Payroll stubs are a huge benefit. What do you dislike? The mobile website is glitchy. It won’t show half of some pop ups (example pay stubs and calendar schedule). I have to refresh a few times.
