Perhaps allowing to add documents that aren't strictly PDFs for onboarding but that's a minor thing. What problems is Checkwriters solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Checkwriters? Very user-friendly. The training was very good and they were patient with you and gave extended training if necessary. What do you dislike about Checkwriters? I have no complaints. Everything so far is great. What problems is Checkwriters solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Checkwriters? The customer service. The account representatives are highly responsive and timely. That's not something you see much these days with other vendors. You have the same folks helping you and have a direct line of communication. It's very helpful, especially with such a time-sensitive process. What do you dislike about Checkwriters?
