What do you like best about Checkwriters? I like not having to process payroll, so it frees up some of my time. What do you dislike about Checkwriters? Getting a hold of them hasn't been easy, and when mistakes are made, there isn't accountability. I feel like they are quick to put the blame on us. It would be nice to have quicker response times. "Unnecessarily complicated in all aspects"

What do you like best about Checkwriters? That it tracks benefits for our employees such as sick pay. What do you dislike about Checkwriters? Pretty much everything. My employees are always having issues, I'm always having issues. The interface is clunky, confusing, and redundant. Almost every action could be streamlined and simplified into 5 fewer steps. What do you like best about Checkwriters? They are a local company with kind people. What do you dislike about Checkwriters? Not all staff thoroughly trained. What do you like best about Checkwriters? We switched from another company a couple years ago and the transition was seamless. Their customer service is excellent. We purchased their time and attendance program along with a time clock and we are very happy with it. What do you dislike about Checkwriters? I do not dislike anything about Checkwriters. What do you like best about Checkwriters? Our client success specialist (Erika) has always been great. Their response time and help has been excellent. What do you dislike about Checkwriters? Some of the online features can be a little unintuitive. What problems is Checkwriters solving and how is that benefiting you? Adjustments to the employee profiles and keeping all their info tight and organized.

What do you like best about Checkwriters? During business hours they are typically very quick to respond when I have questions. What do you dislike about Checkwriters? There is no one available on the weekends. also, when things are set up, sometimes they make mistakes. What problems is Checkwriters solving and how is that benefiting you? I am unaware of any problems at this time.
