"Great Experience"

What do you like best about Checkwriters? The staff is extremely cooperative and they follow through on pending issues. What do you dislike about Checkwriters? Not all aspects of navigating the system is intuitive. Therefore, some training is required. What problems is Checkwriters solving and how is that benefiting you? We have a complicated payroll and Checkwriters' service handles it extremely well.

What do you like best about Checkwriters? We switched from another company a couple years ago and the transition was seamless. Their customer service is excellent. What do you like best about Checkwriters? Having a Client Support Manager to help with problems and tools to learn new things. Easy to use program. What do you dislike about Checkwriters? Sometimes it takes too much time for client support to respond to emails (questions/problems). What problems is Checkwriters solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Checkwriters? I like their friendly customer service, They will email me how-to's, and I save them so I can look back and use them the next time I need help. What do you dislike about Checkwriters? The only downside is I like to have one contact person that I am used to, but sometimes there are not always available. What do you like best about Checkwriters? Their response and solutions are coming very quick. What do you dislike about Checkwriters? Nothing to change at this moment. I have a good experience with them. What problems is Checkwriters solving and how is that benefiting you? Sick and vacation time policies. Also, with the taxes part.

What do you like best about Checkwriters? The Checkwriters system has an easy UI for payroll processing and an excellent HR support module. What do you dislike about Checkwriters? The time and attendance/timeoff tracking is cumbersome and takes time to get used to. What problems is Checkwriters solving and how is that benefiting you? Prior to Checkwrtiers our organization was 100% paper based. With Checkwriters we have moved to almost 100% electronic for onboarding and off boarding.

What do you like best about Checkwriters? Provides service for many aspects of HR and payroll What do you dislike about Checkwriters? Sometimes it's hard to speak with my account rep. Some other employees need to have more training in certain areas of HR and payroll What problems is Checkwriters solving and how is that benefiting you? Taxes and government regulations, filing requirements

I wish that the report writer was a little easier to use and can create easy customer reports What problems is Checkwriters solving and how is that benefiting you? Our business is small and having someone take the payroll function off our plate helps us save time

What do you like best about Checkwriters? Best part of Checkwriters is the availability of people to help with any issue that arises. What do you dislike about Checkwriters? What do you like best about Checkwriters? Customer service is wonderful. I rarely have issues, but when I do, they are promptly resolved. What do you dislike about Checkwriters?
