Company was purchased and email address disabled
Our company was purchased and our email addresses were disabled and new ones were issued. The subscription was no longer needed but we could not cancel using Cleverbridges very simple process. I emailed Customer Support with the issue giving them my old email address and a new one to send the reference numbers to as well as the amount. I receive an email the next day thanking me and it was all taken care of. Best Customer Service experience I have had in years.

Cleverbridge Customer Service Review
I mistakenly ordered and paid for a wrong subscription. I immediately contacted Cleverbridge Customer Service by filling out the suggested forms, which was quite easy. Within minutes, I was sent an email explaining someone would contact me within 24 hours. Approximately 6 hours later, Joshua O. sent an email stating the refund was already processed and that I should allow 5-7 days for the credit to be posted back to my account. To me, this is indicative of great customer service!

Wonderful Support with a Registered Product
I bought WordPerfect Office Suite 2 years ago and registered it. This week I bought a new laptop and tried to use the download links. They had expired so I contacted Cleverbridge support. They responded in less than 24 hours, told me they had renewed the download links for a limited time, and gave me instructions on where to get more help if I needed it. When I followed their instructions everything worked perfectly the first time.!
