There were speedy responses and I got my refund about a day after I requested, which was really great. Prompt refund of automatic renewal fee over Christmas

I was charged an automatic renewal fee on 24 Dec for a product I had cancelled several months previously. I contacted Cleverbridge and received a response, and had my refund processed within 24 hours, despite it being Christmas.
