"Finally found a CRM that works for me"

What do you like best about Close? What sold me on Close is the dialer system. It actually lets you know when a number is not in service or has blocked my line. This is very helpful because at the end of my dial session, I can manually dial a lead from my cell phone and make a connection or I can look up their actual phone number and update their contact. Close is very easy to navigate , create client follow ups and even upload leads that I can merge lists together with ease. This is the ...

"One of the best CRM available today"

What do you like best about Close? Ability to create SmartViews - smart selection of lead data using an extremely useful set of filters, and then use for calling, emailing, SMS, etc. Ability to have amazing reporting that makes understanding sales activity and opportunities 100x better than in other CRMs. Great UX/UI - Close CRM can be used out of the box and customized by sales and sales managers. There is no need to pay for sales developers, like in Salesforce or Pipeline CRMS. Great ...

"I'm in love with Close"

What do you like best about Close? As someone in tech sales, the user interface of Close is so simple yet robust and keeps me on track! I've used Hubspot and Salesforce before this and could never go back. Between the integrated calling, customized lists and automatic saving, I don't miss a beat. Their customer support is second to none and my questions/requests are always heard and responded to faster than I anticipate. I've tried to integrate Close through Zapier to Quickbooks to make a ...

"Sales Manager"

What do you like best about Close? It's agile and it is a full-suite for Sales Managers and reps to house and efficiently keep track of their customers. It's by far the easiest CRM I've ever used that is intuitive and their customer support is amazing. They're actively bringing on new integrations and making managing multiple companies a breeze as well! What do you dislike about Close? I haven't had a complaint yet to be honest! What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting ...

"Best CRM handsdown!"

What do you like best about Close? Out of every CRM that I've tried (Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho, Pipedrive, ETC) Close wins handsdown. The ease of use from a sales seat is crucial. You import your leads, create custome fields, and you are off to the races. I highly recomend to any organization that has a sales team to give close a try. Your sales team will love it..... I guarantee it. There is zero clutter, or unnecessary steps. Its click, call, text, email, notes.... all in one convenient ...
