I used to love this program

I used to love this program! Then, they started offered some other features for additional money (cool!). But if you didn't use the credits you purchased quickly (forcing you to buy more credits) they "expired." Right? Are we talking about a CRM or avocados? How would they expire? What do you like best? The service they provide is very good and i was able to use this service times without number. I will still use the service again, the quality of the customer representative also provided was top notch. I really like this service. Also very easy to use and get organized. Disappointing. Promising but disappointing.

What do you like best? I loved the idea and vision. And I REALLY like parts of the platform. But this last issue was the final straw. I can say they are nice people, when you hear back ( emails took a couple of days to reply but I wasnt looking to make friends What do you dislike? What do you like best? It did basic functionality of what we needed. Easy to use. Enterprise level. What do you dislike? It was not necessarily real estate specific so some items needed/wished for were not there. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I wish I knew about this software years ago!

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Its magnificent integration with social media imports my entire contact information, and combines it in a practical list of contacts. While this may sound too simple to some of you, it is in fact a complex process not many CRMs can complete efficiently. Long time user, but I've fallen out of love

What do you like best? I like that it keeps all my contacts together. It is helpful at being the main source for my contacts. It does a decent job of syncing them to google. What do you dislike? The cost is high. It doesnt work as well as I would like with social media and it focuses way too much on email. So yesterday. Keeps me in control of my business

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I have an extensive database, which is why I find Contactually so useful. I have so many contacts, and I still manage to focus on each and every one, and that helps me grow my business and ensure additional resources to keep it going. I had no idea how to manage follow ups, but Contactually did it for me

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? My favorite part is the follow up time frame, and the buckets in general. Integration is amazing, especially because there is a Gmail plugin I'm using to put everybody in the bucket, and to email them constantly to make sure we're on the same page.
