Automated tracking of connections
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Captures contacts incredibly fast, due the fact that I connected it to my Android phone. This way, I never let a new contact slip through the crack, and I have them automatically logged in after talking to them. To be completely fair, I'm not doing anything, Contactually is doing my job! I don't think there is a better CRM out there!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Remember when was the last time you communicated with all of your clients? I bet you don't, but the good news is that Contactually does! It is where all of your contacts are stored, at your fingertips for any type of message or information. Can't imagine life without it
What do you like best? There is so much about contactually that rocks. First off, it scans your social media and email to automatically add and update contacts. Then you can put contacts in buckets and do all kinds of cool stuff--like send a personalized email to a whole bucket. I also get tons of mileage out of the pipeline and program feature that lets you automate tons of work flow. Finally, being able to schedule emails is great. What do you dislike? SOOOO MANY BUGS!!!!!!
What do you like best? Not much to be honest and had to end our subscription. What do you dislike? So many bugs. Ok to start, contacts don't sync to IPHONE. They say it does in the app but when you really ask, it is a one-way PULL. No push, so by definition, not a SYNC. My calendar does not sync with google calendar. It did once, but no calendar updates. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I'm so thankful that this team came across the idea of bucketing and templated emails, it is the best way to stay in contact with clients whenever you need to do so. Contactually saves you time and makes you money!
What do you like best? I love how easy it is to manipulate the data in my contacts to filter through and find someone I haven’t been in touch with for a while and reach out! What do you dislike? Sometimes the software can be glitchy, but I know that they are constantly updating and revising it so there is always a new feature. Recommendations to others considering the product: Start small. Contactually is my favorite tool
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Top notch bucketing, for sure. It makes my job fairly easy, because I have more than 10 000 contacts from all social networks (LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, etc to handle. Synchronizing them to my needs was not easy, in fact, I thought it was impossible. But then, this CRM appeared, organized and de-duped my contacts, and saved my time. Great intelligent CRM - easy setup
What do you like best? The automatic email sync from multiple accounts makes it easy to keep new contacts in your database. They have lots of integrations too. What do you dislike? The Pipelines and Programs features could be more robust. Simple branching logic could make their automated marketing programs better. I love Contactually overall
I love Contactually overall. It's my favorite CRM and I find myself consistently coming back to it... It makes lead follow-up and maintaining relationships a breeze... HOWEVER...There are a few bugs in the system that have been there for at least a year now... The team is working on it but that doesn't change the fact that there are still bugs in the system.
