We Needed Copper

What do you like best? The customization. We have many unique moving parts in our company, and it was difficult to find a CRM that would allow us to adjust to everyone's individual sales style. Copper allowed us to create custom workflows and tagging techniques to give each division of our sales team their own personal feel to the CRM. What do you dislike? First and last CRM we will use!

What do you like best? EVERYTHING. This CRM has completely changed the way we handle our customers! What do you dislike? So far, we haven't been able to find anything wrong with it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to follow up with our clients in a timely manner. We are able to create automated tasks as a reminder to do certain things with our clients when they hit a certain stage in the sales process.

What do you like best? Email templates, Workflow Automation, Ability to track who has opened an email What do you dislike? I would like it if Copper could schedule emails like in GMAIL. Seamless Integration with Gmail - Very easy to use

What do you like best? I love the integration with Gmail and the ability to send emails straight out of Copper. Also love the email tracking feature. What do you dislike? Sorting can't be set to a default so you have to re-sort lists every time you open a category like people, opportunities, etc... What problems are you solving with the product? Awesome!

What do you like best? Same look and feel regardless of where you work, phone, Gmail extension, web browser. It is excellent. I also like the drag and drop features of the pipeline along with customizing each sales persons pipeline. This has helped us be more efficient. What do you dislike? Easy to Implement and Use CRM Solution

What do you like best? The best part of Copper is how easy it was to implement and train my team on using the features. The tight integration to G-Suite and ability to connect to other systems using Zapier make this solution the best of the 5-6 I have tried to implement in the past.
