Copper has made staying on top of important tasks exponentially easier.

What do you like best? The ability to see all the potential opportunities and what phase they are in. What do you dislike? There isn't one thing that I dislike about Copper. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to stay on top of large projects and communicate where we are with my team.

Solid CRM for G Suite users

What do you like best? Copper is a fantastic solution that fully integrates with G Suite. For many users, you never even have to leave your inbox. This fully-customizable CRM solution helps manage leads, track opportunities, and also works with your post-sales processes. Person records as pulled up immediately by merely hovering over a person's name within your inbox. Contacts sync well between it and G Suite. Copper is a much more reasonable solution for small to mid-sized businesses. ...

The CRM With The Best UX, Employees Actually Want To Use It

What do you like best? It scours the web for information when adding new people to the CRM to prevent the need to mindlessly enter data each time. They clearly care about design and user experience so the platform is a joy to use. They also listen to their community more than other CRM's I have used in the past. What do you dislike? It is lacking some integrations. There is Zapier to ease the pain, but there are some big integrations that would be useful which do not yet exist. ...

Great CRM

What do you like best? Easy to view prospects, easy to contact them and all of the info I could need is within easy to find menus. The easy-to-implement tasks are also great for staying on top of events that could easily be forgotten or ignored. What do you dislike? Mail merge and HTML email functionality is really lacking. I should be able to send emails with graphics and mail merge those emails. Recommendations to others considering the product: Keep exploring within the ...

Quick Set-Up and Minimal Learning Curve Make-Up for a Young Product

What do you like best? It's very easy to set-up. Most CRMs have an ugly interface with WAY too many options. What do you dislike? The product still feels young. For example, it has a built-in "Calendly" like tool but it's hard to customize making it difficult to work with. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it to monitor our prospects and track deals like any other CRM. We are slowly getting used to its quirks but all ...

Incredible tool for managing leads and prospects

What do you like best? I love the fact that copper allows us to be able to use templates to reach out to leads and prospects. What do you dislike? Sometimes the interface can be a little bit confusing and once leads are converted they turn into opportunities and normal contacts and that can be a bit confusing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving the problem of being able to reach out to all of our lead and manage ...

The perfect CRM for Sales and processes related to them

What do you like best? Is hard to classify Copper just as a CRM. Because is different. It has a lot of functionalities that no other CRM has. Most of them related to sales processes. Thinking on sales forces, other CRMs look too much just as a "control" tool. Copper offers tools, customizations, and options that are precisely what sales teams need to administrate their sales, clients, potential costumers and many other information. And with workflows and automation, it really ...
