"Time Saver"

What do you like best about DocuPhase? We originally started using this for online document storage for our invoices to speed up the Audit process. Later we really started to see the advantages when we implemented automated processes for invoice approval. What do you dislike about DocuPhase? The Implementation takes 30 - 60 days so there is a process to get up and running. It's to be expected but the training and time the team took to ensure we were properly set up is worth the wait. Speed and efficiency!

What do you like best? I can now get documents to clients and have them digitally sign in seconds. I no longer have to wait days to receive the documentation and that has improved my work tremendously! What do you dislike? The color scheme would be my onlly one. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Speed of turnaround for contracts and documents needing to be signed. It’s been a real game changer in my work.

Ease of use

What do you like best? Docuphase has cut out so much time in my work day. Now, I can have documents transferred instantly and the response is just as fast! I have been able to meet deadlines faster and have a digital trail sent documents. Not sure how anyone gets by without this! What do you dislike? I can't think of anything that would make me dislike docuphase. If they could find a way to automate anything else, that would be helpful but I am not sure it could be improved. What business ...
