What do you like best about Employee Navigator? Employee Navigator is a great Benefits Administration and ACA filing solution for its ease of use for Brokers, HR teams and employees. For groups in the small and mid-Markets, I believe it's the best option available. The integrations are almost endless and the team at EN has worked very hard over the years to provide an outstanding platform for Brokers to provide to their Clients at very low cost.

They are accessible, knowledgeable and almost always able to resolve our issue in one phone call. Paying for a Premier User may be the best investment ever. The user friend enviornment and ability to integrate with numerous carriers and adminstrators is a huge advantage to Employee Navigator as well.

What do you like best about Employee Navigator? It is easy to use for administrators and employees. The system provides quick links to their Help Center and the page layouts are easy to navigator to find what you need. The Support Team is outstanding with guidance and helps when you need to resolve a matter you can't seem to fix. All in all it is a system I recommend to clients who need a simple and easy to build platform.
