What do you like best about Employee Navigator? Employee Navigator is very simple to use and does not require many clicks to get actions completed, whether it is adding an employee or employee enrolling in benefits.

"EENav Experience"

What do you like best about Employee Navigator? EENav is very user friendly for all users (broker, HR, employee) and has outstanding support. Online enrollment along with Open Enrollment is a big bonus for employees and HR. Intergration with carriers is a time saver. I find that the "timeline" comes in very handy. Reports give me everything I need.

"The customer service with Employee Navigator is like no other!"

What do you like best about Employee Navigator? I like how user friendly Employee Navigator is for HR staff. I also enjoy the simplicity of enrollment from the employee perspective. My experiences with the support staff team have always been great. Even when issues are escalated to Tier 2, I always get a response back within the expected time frame.

"Good product that's easy to use and has a knowledgeable staff."

What do you like best about Employee Navigator? If I have any questions/issues, it's easy to get someone on the phone who is very knowledgable and if for some reason they can't assist they direct it to someone on the team that can. For the most part it is pretty easy to use and naviagate.

"Simple to use, well-organized"

What do you like best about Employee Navigator? Using Employee Navigator made benefits administration at a small company super simple! Our broker gave me a half-hour walk-thru and it was very easy to learn. I enjoyed Employee Navigator much more than the competitor we use at my current job.
