What do you like best about Exotel? Exotel products are plug-and-play. We set up our API and Call flow in minutes, and it can be customized to a very advanced level only using GUI. The option of integrating Whatsapp and SMS will call center solutions gives it a good edge over competitors

What do you like best about Exotel? The UI of the software is straightforward to use and can check the call records of anyone very quickly, as it is listed right on the home page of the tool. The software consumes low internet data and one can change their online status easily
