Receiving a monthly bill for what?

The nonsense continues. They have a phone number that is designed to keep you from really reaching anyone to resolve your issues. They require information about this account that they have never provided me in an attempt to frustrate the customer. I have asked via their emails to me to simply end the service and they ask for account information that i do not have and was never provided by the vendor. This is the type on emails that I receive. What do you like best? The setup of the account and of a standard dproduct page was very easy The order process uses my serial key generator which resides on my webserver. The monthly payments are just in time and the fees for the complete handling are acceptable. What do you dislike?
