Totally painless e-commerce with the right features for software sales

What do you like best? FastSpring is easy and maintenance free. I have everything I need for software sales--coupons, license codes, welcome messages, etc. I can run special, time-boxed offers, and I've never had to invest time in messing with any of this once I got it setup. Can't explain what the problem is while denying live service mode for our store.

We went to the trouble of watching all the FastSpring videos on how to set up the eCommerce storefront. Spent a lot of time putting in the products with descriptions, pricing, icons and so on. Eventually got the code snippet to work in our web site to show the storefront (you can also show the cart and purchase page as a pop-up). Test mode worked well. Terrible user experience with this…

Terrible user experience with this company. I have no problems using paypal or credit cards with any other online provider except this company. Nothing works, I wish other companies would use Brain Tree or google pay.. literally anything else to avoid this truly frustrating user experience. I get email notifications that I'm waiting on FastSpring to run my payment in the meantime there is no download license for the software I'm purchasing. This is my first Trustpilot review. I'm concerned a charge shown up on my bank account with fsprg. I do not recall making this transaction at all for this amount and think I would remember. This is the first place I am posting because if it's true you are a payment processing company then statements should show the company people purchased from, not your name / an abbreviation. Mirc registration failed

I ordered mirc but the transaction failed to provide the mirc registration details I precifically paid for but charged paypal regardless - and paypal has no buyer protection for that transaction I found out. Very scammy.

Worst experience

Worst experience. They charged me 26.44 euro but it said the payement did not get through what a scam this company. This is the first bad experience i had when purchasing online.

SCAM - BEWARE

Hello, I just visited the website: international-iq-test.com and payed for my results using fastspring (paypal). The payment initially didn't go through, so I naturally tried to authorise it a second time. Both times I didn't receive my results and I have just received two emails from fastspring that the money will be booked from my account! This is one massive scam guys! BEWARE! I haven't heared back from fastsprings and I haven't goten my money back either!
