Failed order but charged to my credit card - Received Refund

I was buying IOBIT's Advanced SystemCare Ultimate 13 and was directed to Fastspring payment platform to pay for registration charges of rupees 1219.99 (equivalent of US $12.99 plus GST). While this transaction failed - at least I want to believe it that way as I never received confirmation email or saw success screen, I was still charged on my credit card. Receiving a monthly bill for what?

Receiving a monthly bill though my paypal account. Not sure why I am getting it. If I signed up for it I I have paid them but I don't know what website it is for (I have a few) . Trying to get a hold of support is really difficult (by design). This is only about approx. $85.00 in billings but I can't navigate a way to cancel this product. If I owe it that's fine if I don't I want a refund and I want it cancelled. The only website it might be related to was closed last year.

What do you like best? What i really like about FastSpring is having all these advanced options for products, subscriptions, and payments. With FastSpring you can have a platform up and running as you design it by integrating their javascript library. FastSpring has great reporting so you can track your sales. Good payment provider

It is easier to open an account with FastSpring comparing to other payment providers, because they don't require tons of documents and proofs. The only cons is that their fees are a bit higher than with others, but that's OK for me. and their support is superb (I always got answers within a day).

What do you like best? FastSpring accepts most of the payment method to sell all around the world. What do you dislike? Some payment get cancelled or rejected for any reason. Fastspring is a complete payment platform, highly reliable and with good support

What do you like best? I like the fact that the platform has great possibilities of configuration, where you can define almost everything by yourself. The support is also great for the few things that you can not configure yourself. I also like the FAQ and wiki pages, that helped me a lot at the beginning to setup my store.
