Got me a refund when one of their partners went dark.

Though FastSpring is mainly a payment processor, there were extremely helpful in getting me a refund for a software package I purchased but had a very difficult time getting any help with after over a week of trying to get the software I purchased. That company was non-responsive and was happy to take $480 but never delivered the software and that company's customer support was non-existent after trying for over a week. FastSpring was not obligated to fight for the refund but they did and ...
