What do you like best? The interface is very easy to use and works flawlessly What do you dislike? The only thing I dislike is that fix me is not compatible with Apple products. What do you like best? It's easy to use, easy for our customers to navigate when we want to log in. We can brand it with our company logo and name. Quality and ease
What do you like best? Fast and efficient I can support my staff members with ease. What do you dislike? Occasionally screens of varying resolutions can cause conflicts with my screen resolution. Ultimately a minor problem. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I correct peoples technical mistakes or help provide them with knowledge and step by step guides. Fixme.IT provides that ability with ease.

Use this application almost daily to help my clients. Would be lost without it.
What do you like best? Ease of use, just have client go to website and read me a number. Am able to connect and either share my screen or see theirs. What do you dislike? Have not found anything yet that the product is lacking for me. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Specific issues with an accounting application that we support.

Great value and performance for IT Specialists
What do you like best? The ability to set up unattended remote sessions is not feature often found at this price point.
