What do you like best? The ability of the software to reconnect if a connection is lost. What do you dislike? No one answers the phone. Does the job.

What do you like best? I like the fact I can log into multiple pc's at the same time and I don't have to disconnect the software. Also you can setup unattended clients if you need to log into someone's pc after hours when they are not there. What do you dislike? Great uses for fixme.it

What do you like best? The best option on the fixme, is on unattended remote and just the client link i have complete ability to transfer files and restart and stay connected. What do you dislike? I really wish that the expert end of the Techinline Support had an app for ios so I could use the expert end on my iPad. What do you like best? The fact that it has saved me a TON of driving around town to fix simple computer problems. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It's easy to use, regardless of the technical level of the end user. I just tell them to go to fixme.it, start a support session, and give me a client ID. The Session Usage Reports makes it simple to keep track of time spent on systems. Overall, it's a great remote platform. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Mutiple connections at the same time and multiple desktops and no need to have client on beforehand. What do you dislike? Limited feature set. Not quite as reliable as previous on processor intensive systems Recommendations to others considering the product: Great value product What problems are you solving with the product?
