Best Remote Support Software I have tried! Will continue to use

What do you like best? The low impact and footprint on the clients PC's What do you dislike? Not compatible or no APP for IOS or Android phones yet Recommendations to others considering the product: Ease of deployment and low learning curve It is very intuitive. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I do remote support for many clients and this gives me the ability to do that without punching holes in their firewalls to do this.

Good for a fair number of situations - but not all

What do you like best? The unattended option is great for after hours access. What do you dislike? That the unattended portion is limited to a dew computers without purchasing another packageuser. What do you like best? I began using Fixme.it 2 years ago, I believe this software is superior to anything comparable on the market. The ease of use and its compactness on my systems makes my life much easier. What do you dislike? Works well, license model works for how I use it.

What do you like best? Works well, license model works for how I use it. I am one user who uses many computers, the ability to do support from wherever I am is very useful to me. What do you dislike? I dislike the lack of Apple support. I would like mobile device support. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy remote support where the user being helped can see what I am the technician am doing.

Great when you have multiple offices

What do you like best? Ability to work on someones computer when they are not in. What do you dislike? Really don't have anything, it works great for what we need it for. What do you like best? FixMe.IT has allowed me to effectively service more clients with a simple, and effective remote support tool set. The licensing is easy AND flexible, allowing you to have a pool, and float between users or machines. What do you dislike? Fixme.IT is a great IT support tool

What do you like best? The ability to remote to multiple clients at one time. What do you dislike? I don't like that I don't have the ability to lock the keyboard and mouse from the user because they will keep using the mouse and keyboard and its frustrating. Excellent tool for remote support

What do you like best? Its very quick and easy to establish a remote support session even with clients that are not IT literate. Also the product works very well through most firewalls and is rarely blocked. What do you dislike? It does not support MAC clients although to be honest this is not really a problem for me.
