Easy to use remote access at reasonable price

What do you like best? The set up of unattended and attended remote access is very simple. Clients understood how to let me connect because it's very straight forward. What do you dislike? I have some clients on Mac and it it doesn't work with Mac. A Great Remote Support Tool

What do you like best? FixMe.IT is extremely easy for my clients to use. Other tools, not so much. It is also very affordable and it has worked flawlessly for me for many years. I also really like to ability to service clients through the unattended client option. What do you dislike? I have no complaints or dislikes whatsoever. Simple to use remote support!

What do you like best? Its very easy to use for myself and the end user. What do you dislike? additional features such as tech notes / tech log would be nice I've noticed Excel on my PC does some wierd things when copying and pasting when I have a remote support session open. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? remote support. Simplicity and ease of use.
