Fast implementation

PROS: Together with Freshdesk solution, we are using Freshcaller to support my help desk resources. My help desk is enjoying all the helpful tools that this platform offered. We can generate tickets easily based on the calls and receive texts messages through the software. PROS: Together with Freshdesk solution, we are using Freshcaller to support my help desk resources. My help desk is enjoying all the helpful tools that this platform offered. It performed beyond expectation

PROS: It works well and smooth for my help desk. The flexibility for messages and call queues are excellent. They are routed to the right people/department accordingly on time. This means all delays and manual works are eliminated. Just smooth operation.

"Good Product but can be improved further"

What do you like best about Freshdesk Contact Center? I like the platform in totality, as it allows a user to analyze calls, take notes during the call and understand the nuances in a call through the additional details present on the app.

"Simple to use and roll out for small teams."

What do you like best about Freshdesk Contact Center? I'm using Freschaller in addition to Freshdesk to align my help desk resources. I love the features that Freschaller bring to the help desk. The ability to create a ticket based on a call I've just been on is great. I'm still learning about all of the features.

"Awesome experience"

What do you like best about Freshdesk Contact Center? We are start up firm and wanting a complete calling solution. Freshcaller came up on the web and got enrolled... their service was amazing from the time I started with them and so to speak and didn't have any issues or downtime from freshcaller. Awesome product...
