What do you like best? I have used several payroll services over the years with very mixed reviews. The better ones were quite costly, and the "bargain ones" were totally worthless. Since coming to Heartland 3 years ago, I feel like I now have both. Heartland does a great job and my account rep responds very quickly to any questions I may have. User Friendly

What do you like best? I can import the hours from Timeworks and modify what needs to be then send it on. If I have any questions Heartland is quick to respond. If my representative is not available someone else can help. What do you dislike? I'm not sure if there is a way and I just haven't found it or asked, but I would like to email the pay stubs instead of printing. Recommendations to others considering the product: Give them a try. What do you like best? Easy to process payroll on line, very easy to use What do you dislike? There is nothing that I dislike about using Heartland Payroll What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Eliminate the need to get checks signed. No need to worry about getting employees paid on time even if they aren't here.

Easy to use website.

What do you like best? Easy to use website. They have always helped with any tax questions or issues. What do you dislike? I have not used any feature that I have disliked but also I have not tried all the features. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? When we had a change in of tax id number we encountered a few problems that were taken care of by the professionals at Heartland.

Heartland makes payroll very easy, 30 checks done in 30-40 minutes!

What do you like best? Online interface is very user friendly, I have my own dedicated support specialist and have never had an issue that went unresolved. Payroll comes in overnight freight and has always showed up as promised even through inclement weather. What do you dislike?
