PTO system had some glitches that need to be corrected within the system Recommendations to others considering the product: Great service and excellent support. I dislike how difficult it is to generate reports with the exact information that you want. What do you like best? I love that we have a personal representative that we can reach out to directly whenever there is an issue or question. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I LOVE that Heartland has such personal service. Their service team is great, and they make payroll easy and convenient. A special shout-out to Shannon Levinski and Vincent Giuliano, who both are an absolute pleasure to work with. Very easy to work with and knowlegable about all aspects of payroll!

What do you like best? I love the online portal it is so easy to figure out exactly what the payroll looks like and you can make changes that are in real time! What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like how easy the payroll processing function is with heartland. They also make it easy to update with holdings and deductions. What do you like best? The payroll specialist is usually available with a quick response time to any of my questions or problems. What do you dislike?
