What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? I have a lot of functionalities that cover most of our business needs to manage HR data and processes. Customer support answers quickly and helps me to solve any issue.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? Visually it's very appealing to the eye. I like the feature of signing in as an employee to ensure that you can help any issues or errors they may be facing.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? I love that you can choose what customizations you need, without having to open a support ticket. You can rename and move things around however you like! Integrations are very easy to work through as well.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? The user friendliness and informal UI. While we are a big organisation, we wanted to provide the welcoming environment for our employeess.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? Everything is all together - documents, clock in, time off, shoutouts, tasks. We can do everything in one place. We use it daily.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? The onboarding tool is excellent. New hires receive an email and move through a flow that gathers information and welcomes them to the company. It's a great experience and helps us optimise for a good first impression.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? HiBob has absolutely transformed our operations at my company. We have been able to auomate processes that we were doing manually, give employees more access and autonomy, and beyond that we have been able to provide an amazing employee experice from onboarding to offboarding. Employees are using this system far more often than our previous system due to the capability and better user experience. Integrations are also fairly simple to set up, ...

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? I like that HiBob is very user-friendly, easy to navigate and provides many features. Beneficial is the People section, also Flows and Tasks - Onboarding Flow is a fantastic help for us to gain all required information from new hires and provides a pleasant experience for them as well.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? HiBob offers a lot of flexibility in how we have been able to build up our processes for onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding. Coming from BambooHR, this has been a big improvement for us in how much we are able to customize the platform to our needs. We have really elevated our processes based on this and are working more and more now on integrations to strengthen them throughout our HR tech stack.
