What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? I have a lot of functionalities that cover most of our business needs to manage HR data and processes. Customer support answers quickly and helps me to solve any issue.

"Fully customizable HRIS that works with your company culture"

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? I love that you can choose what customizations you need, without having to open a support ticket. You can rename and move things around however you like! Integrations are very easy to work through as well.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? The onboarding tool is excellent. New hires receive an email and move through a flow that gathers information and welcomes them to the company. It's a great experience and helps us optimise for a good first impression.

"Bob is my best friend"

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? HiBob has absolutely transformed our operations at my company. We have been able to auomate processes that we were doing manually, give employees more access and autonomy, and beyond that we have been able to provide an amazing employee experice from onboarding to offboarding. "HiBob is amazing user-friendly platform with many features, helping make our HR lives easier."

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? I like that HiBob is very user-friendly, easy to navigate and provides many features. Beneficial is the People section, also Flows and Tasks - Onboarding Flow is a fantastic help for us to gain all required information from new hires and provides a pleasant experience for them as well.

"A great HR tool for mid-market, growing businesses"

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? HiBob offers a lot of flexibility in how we have been able to build up our processes for onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding. Coming from BambooHR, this has been a big improvement for us in how much we are able to customize the platform to our needs. We have really elevated our processes based on this and are working more and more now on integrations to strengthen them throughout our HR tech stack.
