Customer service has become terrible

Customer service has become terrible - never any managers on the floor to deal with issues, constantly behind on promised timeframes, completely holding up our business with no regard for our clients or ourselves. Perfect example of a company growing too fast and not having the right infrastructure in place to support it. Complete pity that paying hundreds of dollars per month in a subscription means so little to this company.
