Customer service has become terrible

Customer service has become terrible - never any managers on the floor to deal with issues, constantly behind on promised timeframes, completely holding up our business with no regard for our clients or ourselves. Perfect example of a company growing too fast and not having the right infrastructure in place to support it. Complete pity that paying hundreds of dollars per month in a subscription means so little to this company.

He clarified his understanding of my concerns and then showed me where I needed to go to get it done. Very good experience with Prachi on the customer support side! Feels good to know that there are always kind agents available whenever we face a problem with the software.
