Got on with Maddi Kumar for priority support from GHL and he was able to succesfully help me troubleshoot an email "from" issue that was deep into the GHL system. Thank you so much Maddi!

All good until something doesn’t work !

Been using go high level for about 6 weeks, so far I think it offers a lot and overall I would say it’s good value for money however as time has gone on cracks have started to appear. Support is available 24hrs a day via zoom which was great to begin with but once you get a grasp of it you realise the majority of the support don’t really know how to use the system fully. I tried at least 3x to get an issue…

I tried at least 3x to get an issue resolved with my funnel. I was losing hope fast. Then the universe blessed me with Jerome (Extendly rep) who understood the issue, showed initiative and jumped in with resolutions! After realizing the issue was more complicated than he initially thought, Jerome passed the baton to "Abi".
