I run a small business with 20 employees and purchased the attendance app. I already had a different HR app that handle everything except attendance so am very happy with the simple choice they offer. I like their customer service, they are friendly and easy to reach. The techs get an A++++++++ ad infinitumThe Time Off Request App could use some streamlining. It would ve nice if the previous year's PTO requests could go into an archive and retrieved on demand. It would also be nice if we could have a save button on the PTO screen and then be able to print, vs. saving, going back into the print option, etc. That would be a real time-saver.Thanks!.

Layout of view of attendance record.I work mostly in the attendance record section.I don't like the fact that the headers and extra sections makes it hard to see the top of the card with employee names when working in the middle or last months of the year.Total view of the card is more important and the other sections. Simple layout change of making the card the largest area. Also, the 2nd page for notes on absences is great !Thanks

HR Direct: It’s Easy!

What do you like best? I love how easy it is to navigate the homepage! Everything is right there with an icon that accurately represents what it is, and I don’t need to dig around for minutes on end searching for what I came to do. What do you dislike? I don’t like that it doesn’t run so well on all browsers. I find that if I use anything other than Internet Explorer, the site moves fairly slowly. What problems are you solving with the product? The time off request and attendance…

The time off request and attendance apps are good but cumbersome. One should automatically update the other and they don't. Once the employee goes through the time off request process, management approves or denies it. But then you have to go under the attendance app to assign a category, vacation, ill, etc. or it will not calculate the hours. At the very least, you should be able to do this from the same app.

I do love these Apps but there are a…

I do love these Apps but there are a few issues with certain ones. The time off if you put multiple items on one day you can not see them. I use it as a on call schedule as well so sometimes overlapping is necessary and I would like to add more than one date options. The other is issue I have all the time is the calendar is not showing up very well and most of the time I have to restart the system to get what you want. I like the timely a replies & the streamlined app, and tools, there very easy to use, and the price is freaking amazing.... I wish they offered branding abilities for businesses.
