JUst what we needed!

We have been looking for an applicant tracking system for almost a year. Most of the systems that we looked at were costly, had more features than we would ever use, and were not user friendly. Very Unsatisfied

The demo video posted on YouTube does not give too many specifics. In order to find out that this app isn't very efficient for my company, I had to purchase not one but two of them. My company has PTO, Vacation and Sick time. When purchased, that's when I found out I was only able to choose one. Because that doesn't work for all of our employees, I contacted Customer Service to ask about maybe a discount to purchase the other and the answer was no, no leniency, just no. HRdirect Smart App review…

The HRdirect Smart App is slow sometimes. I also wish that you could place a comment or note on each applicant's record. For example, if you rejected them, you could put a note as to why they were rejected. Also, on the print-ready application, the font is very small. It would be nice if we could enlarge the font to be read easier. It would also be nice if we could upload our company logo to our online application to help with branding.

For the most part they are easy to use…

For the most part they are easy to use but I wish they would all "talk" to each other. Be nice to look in one place and have all of the information there instead of going to each app separately.

I like the upgrades made for tracking…

I like the upgrades made for tracking Available & Used time for Vacation & Sick time. However, it takes a couple minutes for the calendar app to load once you sign into the app. Wish that was quicker. Otherwise, I like the app.

Reporting

ReportingThe website is missing a reporting section that could list out each employee and the number of days they have used up to date. I find myself searching by name and printing each one individually. Is there a way to pull a report and if so please share.

HRdirect Smart Apps works well overall

HRdirect Smart Apps works well overall, there is a lot of room for improvement on several of the Apps. They really need to create a mobile phone app instead of having employees login to web browser. It would be nice to have a vacation and sick time accrual calculator for employees to know how much time they can use and request time off via mobile phone app. Also, would be nice to have an onboarding and benefits administrator app once employees are hired on.
