User Friendly Apps

Since the whole Covid-19 started, we have had to start doing things differently when it comes to hiring and having an online application has helped us out tremendously. We then added W-4 and I9 forms.Happy customer!

Hr Direct got it right with these smart apps!

What do you like best? I love these smart apps. I like that I can see and use all of my human resource apps in one place. I like that I can have my employees use the Time Off Request app to put their time that they will be out in the app and for as the admin to approve or deny the request. What do you dislike? I can't really think of anything that I dislike about the HR Direct Smart Apps. Each of the apps that they have are perfect for my business. I guess if I had to pick one ...

The app tends to be very slow and doesn't always work the way it is supposed to.

The app is great until there is a…

The app is great until there is a technical issue. Then its very hard to get help and have someone actually resolve the problem. The tech support will respond they are working on your issue but then you have to constantly email them to see if issue has been resolved. At this point, I haven't had my issue resolved nor has anyone responded to my last email. That's what is frustrating. I was generous in giving a 3 star review.

It can sometimes be glichy and applicants have trouble filling out the application. I would be nice if you could have multiple states at one time with a link for each state.
