The Attendance App
I use the attendance app and it's a great app it just has some kinks that need to be worked out. Some of our managers share guys out in the field but you can only assign the guys to one manager in the app. If the employees could be assigned to more than one manager than all the managers could comment or record notes on the employees working with them.

Love the attendance app just wish there…
Love the attendance app just wish there was a way to update all active employee records at once, for example if we send every employee home due to power outage.

Feedback for improvements
In general I like the app. However, I wish I could enter a block of vacation dates in one entry so I didn't have to enter each day individually which takes a lot of time. I have some employees who take sabaticals or several weeks off at once. It is tedious to make the entry (especially if they end up changing the dates after the fact. Also, I frequently have difficulty getting on the app from my iPad, not sure why.

EXCELLENT, but good be a users dream.
RESPONSE TO CLIENT - EXCELLENT - Always willing to help solve a problem - big or smallSOFTWARE - Employee Records - Too slow in loading up files and too unforgiving on making changesSOFTWARE - Sending Out Emails - The last email in either column, if on bottom, very difficult to select delete.SOFTWARE - Progressive Discipline - Very hard to search names to start a New WarningSuch excellent software - should be perfect, like the techs, who answer the phone and communicate with clients.
