Great value is great
Great value is great! This can be a great tool for small to midsized business especially getting started. W-4 still has not been updated to reflect the 2020 W-4

The program is solely utilitarian, often difficult to work with
The program often freezes, tech support rarely offers a helpful solution, it takes a long time to load and if you try to click something before the page has fully loaded you'll likely have to log out and log back in. The system works and does what we need it to but if I had time to search for a different, better attendance tracker, I would in a heartbeat.

The App has all that you need in…
The App has all that you need in various modules but the app is sluggish& non responsive at times which forces you to re-enter information frequently. App just not fully baked.

Easy to use but lacks key feature...
While like the platform's ease of use and the ability for prospective applicants to use it, there's a critical piece missing: the ability to make notes regarding a particular applicant. It would be very helpful to be able to add notes for future reference such as "no show at interview", etc. This key feature would eliminate having to keep any manual records for our applications.

I only used the attendance calendar…
I only used the attendance calendar portion, wishing there was an option to mark all employees calendar for a holiday or day closed with ONE entry.

Upgrade was a downgrade
We started to use the attendance smart app in 2017 which worked fairly well. Now it hardly ever works. It was upgraded in November of 2019 and has hardly worked since. The changes that were made are absolutely awful. When I pull up a attendance record I cannot see anything on the calendar it is now on a separate sheet. Not an enhancement at all.
