A CRM database that's very simple to operate.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like how I get to only deal with a one-time fee. I also love the fact that I can add functionality as I want them. At last! A robust and affordable CRM that can be utilized with Outlook.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I've tried closing to 10 CRM. A majority of them are made for firms with more than ten employees from various departments.
